The space

This luxurious property, located in a gated community called Beverly Hills, conveniently situated just minutes away from San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico, has many spectacular amenities. We make a note that due to security reason for areas not appropriate for small children, we ask to read carefully house rules, in reference to the children's age allowed .

The property is surrounded by gardens full of lush vegetation, this 5 room + Study room and 4 bathrooms, gives capacity for up to 12 guests, up to 8 guest will apply for the base rate, 9 guests up to 12 guests, an extra charge will be applied.

Enjoy access to pool, basketball court and by request, you can have group Massage and Yoga Classes.

Outdoor amenities include, Patio with Deck, rooms with Balcony, BBQ grill for entertainment, private pool, Ping Pong Table, Basketball court, dinning area for up to 14 guests, with a roof terrace for stargazing. The property provides 1.4 acres of gardens and paths perfect for walking, exercise or to practice meditations. Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender. Washer and Dryer available, 2 Carport parking. CD/DVD/Internet WIFI/Apple TV available. Breakfast will be included only on Mondays/Wednesday/Fridays, as well as a Cleaning Service will be performed during these days.
