Welcome to Prescott. This stunning Hilltop Home, is just a short drive to the Courthouse Square and world famous Whiskey Row. This downtown area is where most of the eating, shopping, and socializing happens.

Prescott offers activities year round! There is a little snow in the winter and cool weather in the summer. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th),  many Parades, special events at Halloween and Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse, Christmas festivities, and Watching The Boot Drop On Whiskey Row For The New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square almost every night in the summer.

The Home has internet streaming WIFI TV's  for you to log in and use your NETFLIX, AMAZON, and other streaming accounts. Complimentary wireless internet access is included.

This charming and cozy 1150 sf house has wood floors, lots of windows to allow for the natural light and take in the views. The home has modern amenities such as split heat and air conditioning, remodeled from top to bottom. Appliances include an electric stove and full-sized oven, a microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker.

INSIDE THE HOME

On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa fit for 2, a full bath, and Kitchen with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. 
 
Upstairs are the main bedrooms:

Our first bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and is equipped with a queen size bed, dresser and closet space.

Our second bedroom has a queen bed. In this room you have book shelfs, a dresser and nightstand. This room also has a laptop friendly work space with a desk and office chair to plug in and check your emails.
 
Both bedrooms are connected by a Jack'n'Jill full bathroom.

OUTSIDE

The top deck offers great views to endless views of the surrounding valley, Mingus Mountain, San Fransisco Peaks and areas of the Prescott National Forest. Sit back and enjoy the views of the sunrise/sunsets or our favorite time of year, the Monsoons!

The Back yard with the concrete patio has a small table. It's a great location for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or a cookout on the propane grill.

You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests only at the property let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at anytime during your stay.
