Welcome to Prescott. This lovely Hilltop Home is just a short drive to the Courthouse Square and world famous Whiskey Row. This downtown area is where most of the eating, shopping, and socializing happens. You are also a hop skip and a jump away from the Granite Dells which is a beautiful site to see and very picturesque. Take the family to our local Heritage Park Zoo and see some of the local to our area, animals. Drive a short distance to Jerome and a little further to Sedona. Your location is close to most everything around the Prescott area. 

Prescott offers activities year round! There is a little snow in the winter and cooler weather in the summer. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th),  many Parades, special events at Halloween and Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse, Christmas festivities, and Watching The Boot Drop On Whiskey Row For The New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square almost every night in the summer.

The Home has an internet streaming WIFI TV for you to log in and use your NETFLIX, AMAZON, and other streaming accounts. Complimentary wireless internet access is included.

This house has wood floors throughout and modern amenities such as split heat and air conditioning, Appliances include an electric stove and full-sized oven, a microwave and coffee maker. Laundry washer and dryer in the hall bathroom.

INSIDE THE HOME
Walk in and take a seat to enjoy the 55in tv and stream your favorite Apps. You can also make your way to the family room with a fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening reading a good book or talking the night away! 
 
The first, and second bedrooms have two twin beds and in the family room is an extra trundle bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. 

OUTSIDE THE HOME
This home has a steep driveway which can be slick during a winter storm. Plenty of parking on driveway. The garage is currently only used for owner storage.
