Welcome to Prescott. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath Vacation Rental home comfortably sleeps a family or two is just a short drive to the Courthouse Square and world famous Whiskey Row. The Downtown area is where most of the eating, shopping, and socializing happens. You are also a hop skip and a jump away from the Granite Dells which is a beautiful site to see and very picturesque. Take the family to our local Heritage Park Zoo and see some of the local to our area, animals. Drive a short distance to Jerome and a little further to Sedona. Your location is close to most everything around the Prescott area. Looking to stay put? Sit out on the deck and relax with the beautiful view of the city or on those chilly evenings start a cozy fire in the fireplace, sip some hot cocoa, and play some board games. 

An Ideal Place to Stay for: Arizona Cowboy Poets Gathering, hiking, biking, Whiskey 50, Worlds Oldest Rodeo, 4th of July, Summer Concert Series, many Parades, and special events. The New Years Eve Boot Drop, Downtown Christmas lights, and lots of shopping and restaurants to enjoy. There is a little snow in the winter and cooler weather in the summer.  
Make it a day and head to the Grand Canyon about an hour and a half away or ski/snowboard up in Flagstaff. There are so many things to choose from. Prescott offers activities year round! 

The home has 2 internet-streaming WIFI TV's for you to log in and use your NETFLIX and other streaming services. Each TV also has a DVD player, with DVD's stored in the ottoman. Complimentary wireless internet access is included.  

This house has pergo, tile, and carpet floors throughout and modern amenities such as split heat and air conditioning.  

INSIDE THE HOME Walk in and take a seat to enjoy the 55 inch TV and stream your favorite apps. You can also relax by the fireplace and enjoy a cozy evening reading a good book or talking the night away! There are many board games to choose from in the ottoman chest!    

The first and second bedrooms each have king size beds. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds that each include a trundle and a smart TV as well.  There are 2 full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and another in the hallway. Both have a combination bathtub/shower.  

Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Appliances include a full-sized gas range with griddle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, popcorn popper, and coffee maker. The dining room table comfortably sits 9 and an extra small fold out table and chairs is available for the little ones to enjoy their own dinner conversations if they want.  

This home also has a full laundry room with laundry amenities, including an iron and ironing board.   

OUTSIDE THE HOME This home has a lovely deck with a picnic table and benches.  Plenty of off-street parking in front of the home.

Oh! Forgot to mention, this home is PET FRIENDLY!! Yard is not fully fenced but the home will allow up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. Please keep the dogs off the furniture and bedding.
