The One bedroom Condo Unit is 1200 sq. Feet and is located in Kissimmee, is just minutes from Orlando's theme parks. 
 
The Condo Unit is located in a Resort and is surrounded by seven pools, along with hot tubs, barbecue grills, children's playground, arcades, nature trails, and fitness center.
 
The units have an oversized tub and walk-in shower, a large screen television and compact-disc stereo system, additional color television in bedrooms, separate climate-control feature in each suite, individual living and dining rooms in each suite, king bed and sofa bed in suite ; fully-appointed kitchens; linens and bath towels provided, balconies or patios with tropical ambiance, weekly maid service, and washers and dryers on every floor.
 
You will receive a Guest Certificate and the reservation will be under the Owner name. You'll be required to pay a $30 resort fee along with a $150 deposit (which is just a temporary hold on your card) at Check in.
